Qlook crashed. We were over water, so restarted the system.

Stopped recording, moved files into new directory, closed qlook window,
stopped radar, reloaded SAQ, restarted servers, started radar, opened
a new qlook window, started recording, opened remaining qlook windows.

Everything seems to be working fine without requiring a full program restart.

So this is seg02 continued after the qlook crashed.

Shortly after the recording started on this segment, the quick look froze again.
This segment (like yesterday's) was operated with qlook dead for most of it.
