Tx coefficients were far off.
Yesterday, accidently turned digital system off while
radar power was still applied. Radar was in "stopped mode".
High power amp current draw went to +30A (the max current draw).
I turned off power supply RF power supplies immediately.

We move the delay line out of the rack and put the +5V power supply
higher in the rack to keep it cooler.  It has been running really
hot.
