The BD982*20Jun17.out files are GPS/INS data from ATM group.  These are Applanix files that were processed by Kyle Krabill and copied to ftp on 06/20/2017 and (processed on 06/21/2017,) reprocessed to remove high frequency components on 10/17/2017
